Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of the TaskLyst platform and services.

These Terms govern use of TaskLyst’s customer marketplace on our website and mobile apps (iOS and Android). How we use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1Acceptance of Terms

By using TaskLyst ("we", "our", "us") as a customer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By using TaskLyst, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3Our Services

TaskLyst is an online marketplace that allows users to book and manage appointments, events, and services with verified professionals in various industries.

We provide:

  • A calendar and task management system
  • Secure booking and communication tools
  • Subscription services for professionals (TaskLyst Pro)
  • Profile and listing management for Pros

4Payments & Refunds

TaskLyst uses third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) to process payments securely. Professional subscriptions and certain service bookings require payment via the platform.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. TaskLyst is not directly responsible for service delivery disputes between customers and Pros but may mediate where appropriate to ensure a fair outcome.

5Cancellations

Customers and Pros must adhere to the cancellation policies established on the platform:

  • Customer Cancellations: Subject to the pro's policy; short-notice cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • Pro Cancellations: Pros must provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated failures may impact status.
  • No-Shows: May result in full charges for customers and automatic refunds + credits for customers if the Pro fails to show.

6Disclaimers & Warranties

TaskLyst is provided on an "as is" basis. While we verify professionals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or expectations. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales.
